Hello my name is Lisa. I lead an active lifestyle, I go in for sports, I love rest in nature and animals. I am engaged in strength training as a lover of bodybuilding and fitness. I also love skiing, swim, sprinting and cycling. But mostly I am engaged in bodybuilding at home and sometimes go to the gym. I like to work on my body and build it as I want. In my free time I go to nature and go camping in the forest and to the river. I also like to cook healthy food :)
